The mayor noted that if someone wants to lay flowers at memorials or monuments, he can do so privately.
"Patrols in the city and protection of public order will also be intensified these days," the mayor said.
Klitschko appealed to Kyiv residents that now is not the time for mass festivities or outdoor recreation with large companies. "Be careful and follow the rules of wartime security," he urged.
The mayor also reminded that visiting forests and forest parks in the capital and suburbs is prohibited, as many of them still have pyrotechnics.
